10/21/06 Auctions of Note

Auctions of Note for 10/21/06:

Okay, let's get collectible! There's a few below that are for serious collectors. It's been awhile since we've seen a CoCo 3 and a CoCo 2 in these conditions, so have a look. :)

Vintage~Color Computer 3~Manual & Instructions~1986

Plenty of CoCo 3s selling recently without the manuals. Well, here they are. When I first got back into the CoCo it took me six freakin' months to get these. These are obviously used, but appear to be in great condition.

Vintage~15~Tandy Color Computer Video Games~w/ Booklets

Very nice and collectible lot of paks. If you want to jump start your collection with keepable copies, this looks like a good bet. Most of the CoCo 3 paks appear to be there and a few CoCo 1/2 paks as well.

Tandy 128k Color Computer 3 Mint in Box Rare HTF

Almost mint. :) But wow what a good looking CoCo. And in the rarer Red, white and blue box as well! Appears the Extended BASIC manual isn't present. Otherwise, sweetness.

Unused In Box Tandy TRS-80 CoCo 16K Color Computer

What? Another very collectible condition CoCo? And this one a becoming-rarer-by-the-minute Color BASIC only machine? With everything included and still wrapped up in the factory wrappers? Yup. :) Now, will anyone go for the starting bid? I'm thinking no, but I've been surprised too often to say so.

Tandy TRS-80 Color Compter 2 Never Used New Condition

But wait! There's more! :) Here's a 26-3126 ECB CoCo 2, with the works, in very nice condition. The seller even shows it working. Again, the starting bid might scare some off, but we've seen worse CoCo 2s go for a lot more recently.

Tandy TRS-80 TRS80 CoCo MC-10 Serial Cable 26-3020 NOS
Tandy TRS-80 TRS80 Cassette Recorder Cable 26-1207 NOS

A couple of (New Old Stock) CoCo related cables. Not sure how collectible these are (ya never know), and the price is on the high side, perhaps. But if you need them, perhaps not.

NIB Shanghai game for Tandy computers

Great puzzle/strategy game for the CoCo 3 (try it on Roy's RGB-to-VGA adaptor, or Hawksofts' S-Video adapter... wow!) new in the box. Great playing, or a great collectible to add to the collection.

Vintage Tandy TRS-80 Color Computer Mouse MIB/NR!!

The good old ball o' steel Color Mouse. You could take the track ball out of this thing and whack someone with it. Seriously. heh...

Angel's Luck,
Capt.
